I am experiencing an issue with the 'FTE' table (Link to the table). Here are the details:

Context: The employee 'Senior SME' should not be included in the 'FTE' table, variable FTEs, as their start date and end date exclude them from the FTE count.

However, the employee is being counted as 1 in the period from February 2024 to April 2024.

Expected Output: After syncing the HRIS dataset for April 2024, the 'Senior SME' should not appear in the FTE count for the specified period. The expected result is that this employee's count remains 0 for February 2024 to April 2024, in line with their start and end dates from the HRIS dataset.

Urgency: This issue affects our workforce reporting accuracy, which is critical for our upcoming meeting. Therefore, a solution by the end of the week is essential.
